Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Our open floor plan home is located in the quiet community of Breezewood. Along with the 3 bedrooms, it has a fully equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, spacious living room with a sectional sofa, dining room table with plenty of seating, and a game room in the newly painted garage. The master bedroom is to the right of the kitchen and has a king bed and huge walk-in closet. The master bath is located in suite of the master bedroom with a beautiful spacious shower. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, with one bedroom having a queen bed and the other bedroom having 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The 2nd bathroom is a shared full bath off of the kitchen in between the other 2 bedrooms. Laundry room is located in the hallway right before the master bedroom on the left hand side. *Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in every bedroom, along with use of the garage to store your beach stuff and/or bikes. **Beach supplies provided for guest use - including beach towels, beach chairs, and beach cooler. *Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). *Feel free to use the full size washer and dryer to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home. *Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. There are also four 65" Smart TVs in the home that are equipped with streaming apps for you to sign in to. Guests will have access to the whole house along with the garage. The driveway can fit a total of 4 cars in it. There is also an outdoor patio with a gas grill, dining table, chairs, and outdoor lounge furniture to relax on. *Please use garage/grill at your own risk* We take great pride in being local and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience. Community park with pavilion, playground, and basketball court right down the street from the home for guests to use. Mostly everything is within walking, biking, or driving distance. There is a public bus that runs all day and also plenty of Ubers around if you don't feel like driving or paying for parking. Door Dash is also great and available for you to get food delivered if you want to relax in the home and not go out to eat. *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. *You will get the door access code the day of your check-in. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout.
