Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. 2025 Pool dates - May 1st - Sept 30th The condo is located on the 1st floor of the Building. Along with the 2 bedrooms, there is plenty of living room seating and a peaceful outdoor screened in porch for you to enjoy a some relaxation or have dinner with the family out there! There are also corn hole boards for your use in the grass common area. Please do not leave them outside. -Master bedroom has a Queen bed. -The 2nd bedroom has a Full bed, along with a Twin bed and a Twin trundle bed under that bed that pulls out. (Bunk bed has been removed). There is also an air mattress in the closet if needed. (Sheets not provided for the air mattress) *Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). There is also bike storage under the building staircase and a bike rack by the dumpsters if you choose to bring your own bikes. Please do not bring bikes into the condo. Parking is free and there are no assigned spots. -Pickup trucks, vans, and other large vehicles that will fit within a parking spot are to be parked on the outer perimeter of the parking lot, not in front of buildings. Violators will have the vehicle towed at the owner 's expense. -Parking of watercraft, trailers, campers, and other RV’s is prohibited. *Please note:* This property was previously pet-friendly; however, HOA restrictions have since changed and pets are no longer permitted. Perhaps a note to renters about this issue should be included so they can bring something to spray. Overall, this unit was not properly maintained or guest-ready. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it until the owners address these serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. Really disappointed because previous reviews stated how clean it is."
