**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

Beautiful updated 3 bedroom home in the heart of downtown Rehoboth with screened in porch and outdoor shower(open seasonally). 
*New hardwood floors for upstairs installed. 

*Dogs welcome w/ $250 pet fee (2 dogs max, no cats)
