**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

Located on a quiet street, this spacious hideaway offers ample room for your group. Highlights include a full kitchen, a sunny living area, and a furnished balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, central AC, and a stackable washer/dryer. Stretch out and relax in one of the two living spaces, both of which are equipped with streaming-capable TVs. Prepare favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Convenient extras include a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster. 

Two suites each offer a Queen bed. One of the en-suite bathrooms features a tub/shower combination, and the other a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have Queen beds, while the fifth bedroom includes a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Your impeccably located home is within a 10 minute walk of beach access. Spend sun-kissed days lounging on the sand and splashing in the ocean, then stroll to local dining and nightlife. Starboard, a local hot spot is just a five-minute walk. You'll also find a Jolly Trolley stop nearby. Hop on board and enjoy fun and convenient access to Rehoboth Beach.
