* Please Note - The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  
(Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass.)

-The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   
- Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season.  

*The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by DEL 302 Management. 

Weekly/Daily Passes 2026 Fees: 
Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit.
●	Pre-ordered Weekly Passes: $110 (note reduced rate) 
●	Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130  
Waiting until the day of arrival to order passes may result in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase price. 
●	Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day and are $30 
●    Daily passes cannot be pre-ordered.
●	Key fobs are available for $35 cash deposit and rental fee per fob of which $20 will be returned to you when the key fob is returned to the front desk. Contact the front desk once you have booked and your reservation has been approved. 

--Passes are good from Saturday @ 4:00pm – Friday to Closing
(Saturdays are for owners/members only until 4 pm- no renters/guests can access amenities until 4pm - no exceptions)

The Lighthouse Club at Coastal Club is a residential community and guests will be sharing the same amenities available to our community members. Therefore, while you are with us, you are asked to follow the same guidelines and rules that govern Clubhouse use for all members. 

Weekly Passes
Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit.
- All guests 5 and older are required to have a pass to use any of the amenities
- Passes are to be swipe at the front desk upon entry to the clubhouse
- Pre-purchased Weekly Passes: $110 (note reduced rate)
- Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130 (please note, waiting until the
day of arrival to order passes results in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase
price)
- Passes are in effect from Saturday at 4 pm through Friday at 11 pm
- Saturdays are for members only until 4 pm
- After 4 pm, renters are welcome to use our facilities (please note that there is absolutely no exception to this rule and that we have no involvement with your rental; therefore, we cannot offer early check ins or early access to our amenities)

Daily Passes

Key Fob Rentals
- Key fobs grant extended hours to our guests for the use of the facilities, see the hours below (please note a key fob is always required to access the indoor pool)
- Key fobs can also be used at the front gate in place of the gate code issued to you by the property manager
- Key fobs are available for $35 cash deposit and rental fee per fob of which $20 will be returned to you when the key fob is returned to the front desk.
- We are unable to use a credit or debit card for this transaction
- A weekly pass must be purchased as a condition of key fob rental


Hours of Operation (Subject to change):
- Clubhouse and management daily hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm;     8:00 am - 8:00 pm on Friday & Saturday
- Extended hours with key fob: 4:00 am - 11:00 pm
- Guests must enter the Clubhouse through the front door
- Cover-ups, shirts and shoes are required at all times while in the Clubhouse

Outdoor Pool:
- Hours of operation: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
- The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September
- Posted rules, lifeguards and Clubhouse management work together to provide a safe pool
experience

*Fall Pool Hours of Operation 
(Beginning Sept 2nd):
Monday - Thursday 10am-6pm
-Open daily from Sept 2-12th, then the outdoor pool is no longer open on weekdays, except Fridays)
Fridays & Saturdays - 10am-8pm
Sunday (Sept 7 & 14) - 10am-8pm
Sunday (Sept 21 & 28) - 10am-7pm

Indoor Pool and Spa:
- Hours of entry: 5:00 am – 11:00 pm
- A key fob is always needed to enter the indoor pool area
- Rules for the use of spa are clearly posted and strictly adhered to for the safety of everyone
- Age requirements and conditions for use of the Indoor pool:
- Guests 16 years of age or older can use the indoor pool, but after 6:00 pm they must be accompanied by an adult
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times unless a lifeguard is on duty
- Reservations for lanes may be made on Sign-up Genius which can be accessed through our website Life at Coastal Club

Pool Evacuation and Closure
It is Delaware state code that outdoor and indoor pools must evacuate for 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder or last strike of lightning. If storms are predicted for longer periods of time, the Lighthouse Club reserves the right to close the pools for the rest of the day or to delay the re-opening of the pools.

Clubhouse Food and Beverage Service (2025):
No outside food or beverages are allowed during clubhouse food and beverage operational hours. Outside of these hours, please feel free to bring your own. No glass of any kind is ever allowed in pool areas

- Friday: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Sunday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm



Fitness Center:
- Daily hours of operation: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Extended hours with use of a key fob: 4:00 am - 11:00 pm
- Age requirements and conditions for use of the Fitness Center:
- Guests 13 through 15 are permitted to use the facility with a signed parental waiver which can be filled out at the front desk
- Guests 12 and under are not permitted to use the facility
- Rules for use of the Fitness Center are posted and must be followed at all times
- Proper attire is strictly enforced

Tennis and Pickleball Courts:
- Reservations for courts may be made on Sign-up Genius which can be accessed through our website Life at Coastal Club

Highlights of Clubhouse Rules
- Cover-ups, shirts, and shoes are required in the Clubhouse at all times
- All entering from the pool must be completely dried off prior to walking through Clubhouse
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when using the game room
- Children must be accompanied by an adult while in the Children’s Playroom.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the Coffee Station
- All children wearing diapers must be changed in the locker rooms using the provided changing
table

-Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach.  
-Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rt 1 so it by passes traffic.
