The Good:  The home is bright, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, the living room has great seating, and there is plenty of storage. The location is excellent. Bathrooms could use updating, but are ok and the backyard layout is spacious, but a bit awkward.

The Bad:  There were several maintenance issues, that were reported clearly and in real time.

The Ugly:  What impacted my experience most was not the issues themselves, but how they were handled. Over time, a pattern developed: incomplete resolution, inconsistent follow-through, and communication that did not lead to meaningful action.
