The kids brought their bikes, so it was nice to have adult bikes on site to accompany them for rides on the nearby trail. There is a playground just a short distance down the road, and plenty of nearby shopping for a short ride. Having 2 parking passes was very helpful for beach parking. There is a keurig machine, which we didn't know, so that was nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. If I had to make one recommendation, it would be on behalf of my mom, and that would be to install a railing for the front door. She struggled with her knees going up the steps without a railing.
