*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

Couch with pull-out Twin bed, smart television, remote heating/AC unit. Extra blankets are NOT included for the couch/pull-out bed, so I suggest bringing some if anyone plans on sleeping there.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed made with clean sheets and a summer quilt. Also equipped with a smart television and a remote-controlled heating/AC unit.

Parking:
2 parking spots labeled for #4 (in front of the yellow building).

- 2 Beach Chairs
- 1 Beach Umbrella
- 1 Foldable Beach Wagon

Outdoors:
Two Adirondack chairs outside of the condo and a shared courtyard with communal fire pit are also included.
