Great, unbelievable well stocked property
Location made for easy access to great biking trails. Garage space provided ample room to store and charge our ebikes. DEL 302 Mgmt were prompt with communication and action. There was a slight mechanical issue in the home, they had it fixed the next day.
The house is very cute! Host was friendly and great quick communication. Super clean , The area is close to the board walk and beaches. Which is great and supermarkets if needed. The washer and dryer is a great 😊. We really enjoyed our stay!

Enjoy our stay! Great location and exactly what my husband and I needed for our weekend away. Very upfront about directions to get in/access the apartment as well as what was in the apart/what we could expect.
Our family enjoyed staying here for a long weekend. We walked to the shops, beach and dogfish each day. Screened porch was a big plus, and the artwork was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
The house was exactly as described and shown in the many photos! The house was huge; the kitchen (and its enormous island), and living room/dining areas were wonderful large, open and airy spaces to gather with family. And Rachel and AJ of DEL 302 Management were quick to respond to questions. Overall a positive stay!
Our stay was fantastic! We travelled with 2 children (6 & 3). The condo was set up great for traveling with children! The pool was such a great amenity. About 15 minutes drive from the beach in any direction (just because of traffic). The added umbrellas and beach chairs were so nice because that left room in the car for all the luggage. Convenient spot for anything you want to do- mini golf, shopping, groceries, restaurants, and all the beaches. We loved Lewes beaches the most with little kids and enjoyed Dewey sunrise and sunset times. Such a fun trip!
This roomy cottage was the perfect home base for our Bethany Beach adventures. The beds were comfortable, water pressure great, and there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. I would choose this host again without hesitation. Communication was quick and clear.
