*This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Enter this beautifully remodeled home into the spacious living room with plenty of seating to the fully equipped kitchen with island and dining table seating. There is access from the kitchen to the front deck to sit on the Adirondack chairs and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is also a little reading nook under the staircase to curl up with a good book. Also downstairs, are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom off of the kitchen, along with the laundry room with complimentary detergent. Going upstairs, you have a cute office space with a desk between the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is to your right with a huge en suite bathroom with a tub for relaxation. (Please note - Jacuzzi jets are out of order). The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and has access to a balcony. Going outside, you have access to beach chairs and umbrella that are located behind the house in a container (Please remember to put back after use). You also have an outdoor shower(open seasonally) to use after your beach days along with an outdoor patio space to grill and eat outside with your family/friends. *2025 Pool Opening Date - May 24th (weekends only until June 12th) Pool Hours - 11am - 7pm (Adults only 10am-11am) Closing Date - Weekends only through September 14. Guest have access to the entire home along with the community amenities including... -Community pool (open seasonally) *2026 Pool Dates : - Weekends only from 5/23 - 6/7 - Full time 6/13 - 9/7 - Weekends only 9/12 - 9/20 *Pool Hours - 11am - 7pm (Exercise only 10am-11am) -Marina -Boat & Kayak launch -Tennis courts -Basketball courts -Pickle ball -Bocce ball -Softball field -Kid's playground -Walking paths -Community picnic tables -Veggie/Fruit stand (Thursdays 3-5pm in community pool parking lot) -Snack bar (12-3pm on weekends) in community pool parking lot We take great pride in being local and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience. This beautiful home is located in the quiet gated community of Angola by the Bay. If you bring a watercraft, there is a community boat ramp. Know that your boat will have to be registered at the main office for a daily use fee of $10 per day or $50 per week. If you choose to bring a watercraft, please let us know so we can provide you with the necessary registration documents that need to be completed before your stay. *Moreover, while the craft can be launched from the common area, it will be required to be removed from the water each day. You may park the boat/trailer in the driveway. If you bring kayaks, there's a designated launch area for them. Some of our favorite places that you can get to by boat are Paradise Grill, Rusty Rudder, and Dockside Marina Bar & Grill. *Please note - there will be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own. This newly remodeled 4BR home is located in the quiet, gated community of Angola by the Bay. Bring your family, boat, kayaks, and bikes and you won't have to leave the community that includes a pool, tennis courts, bocce courts, basketball court, and walking paths! If you do leave, you are located just a short drive from Rehoboth Beach. *After booking, you will need to sign HOA agreement before you arrive for your stay. This is sent through Docusign.
