Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. 2025 Pool dates - May 1st - Sept 30th The condo is located on the 1st floor of the Building. Along with the 2 bedrooms, there is plenty of living room seating and a peaceful outdoor screened in porch for you to enjoy a some relaxation or have dinner with the family out there! There are also corn hole boards for your use in the grass common area. Please do not leave them outside. -Master bedroom has a Queen bed. -The 2nd bedroom has a Full bed, along with a Twin bed and a Twin trundle bed under that bed that pulls out. (Bunk bed has been removed). There is also an air mattress in the closet if needed. (Sheets not provided for the air mattress) *Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). For beach days, guests will have access to two beach chairs, a beach cooler, and beach towels. For the stay at home and cook nights, guest will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, and pots/pans. There is also bike storage under the building staircase and a bike rack by the dumpsters if you choose to bring your own bikes. Please do not bring bikes into the condo. Located off of Coastal Hwy(Route 1), this quiet community is centrally located in Rehoboth for all your vacation needs. You can walk to the community pool, or walk to grab lunch or dinner at a local restaurant right across the street. Parking is free and there are no assigned spots. -Pickup trucks, vans, and other large vehicles that will fit within a parking spot are to be parked on the outer perimeter of the parking lot, not in front of buildings. Violators will have the vehicle towed at the owner 's expense. -Parking of watercraft, trailers, campers, and other RV’s is prohibited. *Please note:* This property was previously pet-friendly; however, HOA restrictions have since changed and pets are no longer permitted. Guests with severe pet allergies should be mindful when booking, as residual allergens may still be present despite thorough cleaning. *Also note - there may be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own. This 2 bedroom 1st floor unit is the perfect beach vacation get-away centrally located in a community right off Route 1 in Rehoboth. It has plenty of free parking and a community pool steps away from the building! 1.8 miles to the beautiful Junction & Breakwater Trail where you can walk or bike to Rehoboth and/or Lewes, and you're 3.7 miles to downtown Rehoboth Beach/Boardwalk. ** All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents.
