"Aw Shucks" is a spacious 3 bedroom condo in Lewes with a pond view located on the first floor. This rental has everything you will need on vacation from beach towels to toiletries. It features 2 community pools(open seasonally), tennis courts, and community playground for guest use.

*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents.

*This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry.

• Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

This condo is located in the quiet community of the Village of Five Points in Lewes. Along with the 3 bedrooms, it has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a comfy sofa, dining room table with extra barstool seating, along with an outdoor patio with a peaceful pond view.

*Feel free to use the full size washer and dryer(with complimentary detergent) to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home.

This home is centrally located in the Village of Five Points in Lewes which has restaurants located inside the village, also within minutes to Weis Markets grocery store and CVS pharmacy.

0.4 miles to the Georgetown-Lewes trailhead that you can walk or bike to and from Rehoboth/Lewes.
