-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

Located on a quiet street, this spacious hideaway offers ample room for your group. Highlights include a full kitchen, a sunny living area, and a furnished balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, central AC, and a stackable washer/dryer. Stretch out and relax in one of the two living spaces, both of which are equipped with streaming-capable TVs. Prepare favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Convenient extras include a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

Two suites each offer a Queen bed. One of the en-suite bathrooms features a tub/shower combination, and the other a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have Queen beds, while the fifth bedroom includes a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Your impeccably located home is within a 10 minute walk of beach access. Spend sun-kissed days lounging on the sand and splashing in the ocean, then stroll to local dining and nightlife. • There are 2 parking spaces are labeled "B" in front - please only park in the assigned spots!
• If you have a 3rd car, you may park it parallel behind your other two cars blocking them in.
  *Please make sure you are not blocking the neighbors at all or you will be towed.
• If you have oversized vehicles or for any additional vehicles, you will need to purchase a parking pass for in-season street parking (May 15 - Sept 15)

This home has a two-story layout which is accessible via a flight of interior stairs.

For trash and recycling, please use the bins marked with the unit letter in the gravel area to the right of the building.
