TVs w/ streaming services. -There are 3 TVs in the condo that are equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime guest accounts. You may also log into your own accounts. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, regular cofee maker, toaster, dishware/flatware, pots/pans, airfryer. Make sure to catch the beautiful sunset each night on the balcony as you are enjoying your relaxing evening. The first two bedrooms are located in the front of the condo across from each other. The master bed/bath is secluded in the back of the condo for privacy and has access to the outdoor balcony. In the master bathroom, you will find a jacuzzi tub for your relaxation needs after a long day of traveling. The 2nd bathroom is a shared full bath with a Jack and Jill access off of the kitchen. Guests have access to whole condo and community pool. For beach days, guests will have access to beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels (please do not use bath towels on the beach). For the stay at home and cook nights, guest will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, pots/pans, and an airfryer. There is also a bike rack in the parking lot near the blue dumpsters for you to lock up your bike if you brought it. Please do not bring bikes into the condo. A short drive from Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach, our condo is centrally located right off of Route 1. Within walking distance, you have plenty of amazing restaurants and things to do - including Matt's Fish Camp, Peach Blossom Cafe/Restaurant, Wawa, and Lefty’s Alleys & Eats where you can test your bowling game out along with axe throwing and an arcade! Within a mile from the condo, you have Bethany Blues Restaurant, Bushel's Crab House, and Crooked Hammock Brewery with an outdoor biergarten. 4 miles to charming Lewes Beach, there you can find secret gems like the Cape Henlopen State Park(entrance fee is $5 for in-state license plate and $10 for out-of-state). If nature is not your scene, watch boats sail through as you drink a margarita at Grain on the Rocks restaurant/bar overlooking the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. 5 miles away from beautiful Rehoboth Beach where you can have the infamous Thrashers beach fries and take in the views of the ocean as your stroll on the boardwalk. Activities are bountiful, as Rehoboth has to offer Movies at Midway movie theater (1 traffic light away), go-carts at Midway Speedway Park, Tanger Outlets shopping centers, Midway Par 3 (golf course right across the street), miniature golf, Jungle Jim's water park, and of course Funland where you can find amusement rides and an arcade on the boardwalk! 6 miles from an orange crush in your hand at the world famous Starboard Restaurant. After a long day on the beach, take your pick from the 18 bars located in one mile and live band galore. If you have a day to take a drive, drive south and check out Delaware Seashore State Park, Bethany Beach and/or Ocean City, Maryland. For the nature enthusiasts, Assateague Island State Park is home to the memorable wild horses on the beach. Mostly everything is within walking, biking, or driving distance. There is a public bus that runs all day and also plenty of Ubers around if you don't feel like driving or paying for parking. Door Dash is also great and available for you to get food delivered if you want to relax in the condo and not go out to eat. *Ring audio/video doorbell outside by front door for security purposes and for accurate guest count. *Please note - there might be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own. Our beautiful, spacious condo has everything you and your family/friends need! Centrally located to all beaches - 4 miles to Lewes Beach, 5 miles to Rehoboth Beach, and 5.4 miles to the beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park with walking/biking trails and beach access. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit with lots of natural light is located on the 2nd floor(with elevator access) in a quiet community with plenty of free parking and a gated community pool steps away from the building!
