• Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents.

-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

-Community Beach Shuttle available with wristband purchase (summer season only)

• Guests must buy their own wristbands for all Community Amenities at the Clubhouse
  *Renter wristbands can be purchased in person from a Clubhouse Attendant via credit card for $38 per person per week.
  *Please note- Clubhouse attendees are only there 9am-5pm everyday until Labor Day. If you arrive after 5pm, you will have to wait until the next day to purchase wristbands.

**The indoor pool is not available to guest renters, per the HOA rules.

Inside the home, you’ll find a spacious, open concept kitchen and living space. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a center island with a breakfast bar will inspire your inner chef and have you feeling right at home! Unwind in the owner’s suite with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom equipped with a dual vanity and standing shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find a large loft area, two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom, offering room for the entire family and then some! Ideal for a luxurious beach getaway in a quiet community, this property has it all!

Guests have access to the whole home and garage.

*Note from the HOA - The OVBC amenities should meet the needs of all community members. The No Play Zone is open to all ages. It’s about calm use in the pool versus active play, which is allowed in the other half of the pool. We opened up the pool rules this year to allow soft Nerf balls (at the Attendants discretion) to appeal to people who want active play. The No Play Zone is in effect 9-11a and 4-5p for people who want to enjoy a quieter area of the pool. Please remember we have over 400 households in our community and everyone has different needs for the amenities.

*As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
