-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

• Dishwasher type is a small countertop dishwasher, that sits on a rolling cart, that can hold 4 place settings at a time.

Full access to the house, except for the upstairs attic space.

Located on a quiet street and just a seven minute drive to downtown Bethany for the beach, food and shopping. A traditional, recently updated beach house with a front yard, screened side porch and just the right amount of interior space. The inside layout is great, with a separate dining area right off the kitchen that flows into either the living room or side porch. All three bedrooms are accessed from the hallway, which keeps the living and sleeping spaces nicely distanced from one another.
