**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

As you walk into the rental the first floor living room opens up to an updated kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hang out back yard/deck, there you can grill out, play corn hole, relax or take a quick outdoor shower(open seasonally).

When you walk upstairs you will find a fully stocked bathroom and two bedrooms.

Our community is right down the road from the Lewes-Georgetown Bike Trail for you to enjoy with your bikes. It is 0.2 miles away, located right after The Station At Kings restaurant. This trail also connects to The Breakwater-Junction Trail, which is a 17 mile loop route that goes from Lewes to Rehoboth Beach.
You may store your bikes in the shed as well during your stay.

Guest will be able to use all of 125A, including a spacious fenced in backyard.

• There is a shed that locks in backyard that you can store your bikes in.
• Beach chairs, corn hole, and propane grill provided in shed.
