*Please note - You must sign Hot Tub Waiver before your stay. *This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Bedroom 1 : King Bedroom 2 : 2 Fulls Bedroom 3 : Queen Additional Sleeping - Living Room/Sunroom - Pull out couch Dogs welcome w/ $250 pet fee (2 dogs max, no cats) *Please note - grass cutting occurs every Tuesday(weather permitting) Guests have access to the whole house, garage, back yard, and hot tub. *Resort fee is for the Hot Tub* ***Please let us know before your stay if you do NOT want to use the Hot Tub and we can reimburse you for it. Private home on street that dead ends into Rehoboth Beach Yacht & Country Club, the Rehoboth Bay and Golf Course. Across the street are wetlands and canals. Bike or walk to town or the bus station up the street to take the bus. *Resort fee is for the Hot Tub* ***Please let us know before your stay if you do NOT want to use the Hot Tub and we can reimburse you for it. It will get locked for your stay then. (This can be change up to a week prior to your vacation). *Please note - there may be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No PARTIES **Please take off shoes after you enter the house **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors **Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO PARTIES in the unit!!! ** Checkout is no later than 10am ** Guest will be charged for damages -Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. -Trash needs to be put out every Sunday night for a Monday morning pick up - If you use gas grill, please clean after use or there will be a extra cleaning cost. **Please do not put inside furniture outside **No trash should be left outside unit door or on porch. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in the driveway. **No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! **No Glass in the HOT TUB please. **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. Welcome to Kim's Getaway!
