● Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130
Waiting until the day of arrival to order passes may result in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase price.

The Lighthouse Club at Coastal Club is a residential community and guests will be sharing the same amenities available to our community members. Therefore, while you are with us, you are asked to follow the same guidelines and rules that govern Clubhouse use for all members.

Weekly Passes
Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit.

  • All guests 5 and older are required to have a pass to use any of the amenities
  • Passes are to be swipe at the front desk upon entry to the clubhouse
  • Pre-purchased Weekly Passes: $110 (note reduced rate)
  • Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130 (please note, waiting until the
    day of arrival to order passes results in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase
    price)
  • Passes are in effect from Saturday at 4 pm through Friday at 11 pm
  • Saturdays are for members only until 4 pm
  • After 4 pm, renters are welcome to use our facilities (please note that there is absolutely no exception to this rule and that we have no involvement with your rental; therefore, we cannot offer early check ins or early access to our amenities)

Pool Evacuation and Closure
It is Delaware state code that outdoor and indoor pools must evacuate for 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder or last strike of lightning. If storms are predicted for longer periods of time, the Lighthouse Club reserves the right to close the pools for the rest of the day or to delay the re-opening of the pools.

Clubhouse Food and Beverage Service (2025):
No outside food or beverages are allowed during clubhouse food and beverage operational hours. Outside of these hours, please feel free to bring your own. No glass of any kind is ever allowed in pool areas

  • Friday: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm

*Please note - The property is dog friendly, however there are restrictions on the following dog breeds:
-Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of the previous stated.
-Also, no dog with bite history allowed.

This was our second stay at this home, and it was just as nice as the first time. It's a private spot but not too far from everything. We also love the dog-friendly approach to include the fenced in yard. Thanks for a great stay.

My family and i stayed at this house for for a short term 3month stay November though February while we were finishing completion of our Home. We was concerned about staying through the Holidays at someone elses home and not ours, but it really comfortable and Felt like home.The home was very nice and clean when checking in. Something that is very important to me staying away from home is a comfortable bed and this House had comfortable beds in all rooms. we never had any issues problems while staying.. DEL 302 Management Rachel and AJ was easy to get a hold of and was very good at responding back if we had questions during our stay. Highly Recommend!
