*Please note - renters cannot share mailbox with the homeowners, so you will not have access to the mailbox. You will need to set up a P.O. Box at the local Post Office for your stay

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

Guests have access to the entire home and all community amenities including..

*Pool Hours for 2026 - Lap Swim 6-8am; Classes 9-10am; Open swim 10am-9pm

-Summer beach shuttle access to/from Bethany Beach

-The beach shuttle(available seasonally) picks up near the entrance where the mailboxes and dumpsters are. Feel free to park your car there when you shuttle to the beach or you can walk.

Community Shuttle Runs - 5/23/26 - 9/12/26 (10am - 5:30pm)

-The gym, clubhouse, and pool are walking distance from the home. It is one block away.
-There is a much larger pool with a toddler section, a larger gym, and a larger clubhouse across the street, on the other side of the development.
-There is a trailhead on the other side of the development. You will see signs. You can also fish there!

*As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to paper bags or reusable bags for purchases, or you may bring your own.
