*This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - Twin over Full bunk, along with a Twin Trundle bed. Additional Sleeping: Living Room - Pull out Sofa Bed Master Bedroom - Pull out Sofa Bed - Bedding, linens, & towels are provided. - 2 beach chairs provided - Free WIFI - Washer/Dryer in Bedroom 1 Guests have access to the entire apartment above the Mint & Needle medical spa. 2 off street parking spots included in gravel lot behind building. We take great pride in being local and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own. This newly renovated 2nd floor living space boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is located in downtown Lewes. There is a new kitchen with family seating, a cozy family room, & the amenities you will need. This space boasts a master suite with a king-sized bed and an ensuite, along with bunk room and two sofa beds perfect for a family. Included are two parking spaces located in the gravel lot in the back of the building.

Lovely, spacious apartment within walking distance of Lewes' restaurants and shops. Very comfortable and clean. Hosts were communicative. We really enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful, clean home with modern updates and lots of privacy.
What a nice place to spend a couple days! Such a tastefully decorated and appointed apartment, very clean and new-feeling, with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Our contact was very responsive and helpful, too. We would definitely stay here again!
