The Beach Plum Retreat | Both Units A & C in Lewes

** Please note - this is for 2 separate homes next to each other (Unit A & B)

*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents.

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

As you walk into each unit, the first floor living room opens up to a updated kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hang out back yard/Deck, there you can grill out, play corn hole, relax or take a quick outdoor shower(open seasonally).

When you walk upstairs you will find a fully stocked bathroom and two bedrooms.

125A House:

• Bedroom 1 - King Bed
• Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds
• Living Room - Pull Out Sofa Bed

125B House:

• Bedroom 1 - King Bed
• Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds
• Living Room - Pull Out Sofa Bed

Guest will be able to use all of Unit 125A and Unit 125C, including a spacious fenced in backyard for each.

• There is a shed that locks in backyard that you can store your bikes in.
• Beach chairs, corn hole, and grill provided in shed.

Welcome to the Beach Plum Retreat located in the City of Lewes. Two homes each with a fenced back yard, patio, deck, outdoor shower, & everything else you need for vacation. Walk to restaurants & shops nearby or take a walk/bike ride on the Lewes/Georgetown or Junction & Breakwater trail to Rehoboth, Lewes, or Lewes beach which is only 1.8 miles away! Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located place.
