Welcome to Harbor Cottage! Prime location to enjoy all Rehoboth has to offer - 1 mile to the beach or 2 miles to town to enjoy shopping, bars, restaurants and spas. Hop on the provided cruiser bikes to explore local trails and state parks, or head to the beach just a 5 minute ride away. Settle into the cozy atmosphere which includes a fully equipped kitchen, plush bedding, and modern furnishings. Perfect spot for a relaxing couple's getaway or small family vacation. Remarkably safe neighborhood!

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

This cottage is one of five that was built in the 1960's. It's been recently renovated and decorated to form a cozy beach oasis. It features a screened-in porch with seating, an open, light-filled living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, a bedroom with a comfortable queen size mattress, and an extra outdoor shower(open seasonally)!

Beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, cotton sheets and plush bath towels are provided. Our cottage is perfect for a couple’s getaway or any adult situation that you don’t mind sharing the bed (mother/daughter, sibling, or friend’s getaways).

Pets welcome w/ $200 pet fee (1 max).

• 1 Dewey Beach parking pass provided (located in House Binder)
  *Lost or stolen pass is a $300 replacement fee.

*Please note - This cottage does have a shared wall with the cottage next to it.

Access to the entire cottage via keypad. One free parking spot is available adjacent to the cottage. One Dewey parking pass provided for in-season parking.

*Please note - there is no washer or dryer in the cottage. There is a washer and dryer in the building to your right for your use. It is coin operated - quarters only. (Open seasonally)
