*This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. This cottage is one of five that was built in the 1960's. It's been recently renovated and decorated to form a CoCo Chanel surf vibe. It features a screened-in porch with deck seating, an open, light-filled living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, a bedroom with a comfortable queen size mattress, a pull out sofa bed in the living room, and an extra outdoor shower(open seasonally)! Beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, cotton sheets and plush bath towels are provided. Our cottage is perfect for a couple’s getaway or any adult situation that you don’t mind sharing the bed (mother/daughter, sibling, or friend’s getaways). - 1 Dewey Beach parking pass provided (located in House Binder) *Lost or stolen pass is a $300 replacement fee. Pets welcome w/ $200 pet fee (1 max) Access to the entire cottage via keypad. One free parking spot is available adjacent to the cottage. -One Dewey Beach parking pass provided for in-season parking.
