Cottages 2 & 3 | Two Private Units Close to Beach

*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. **Please note - this is for both Cottage 2 and Cottage 3. They are 2 separate cottages next to each other. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. These cottages are two of five that were built in the 1960's. They have been recently renovated and decorated to form a cozy modern vibe in Cottage 2 and a CoCo Chanel surf vibe in Cottage 3. They both feature a screened-in porch with deck seating, an open, light-filled living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, a bedroom with a comfortable queen size mattress, and an extra outdoor shower(open seasonally)! Beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, cotton sheets and plush bath towels are provided. Our cottages are perfect for 2 couple’s getaway or any adult situation that you don’t mind sharing the bed (mother/daughter, sibling, or friend’s getaways). - A Dewey Beach parking pass is provided for your use in the House Binder. *Lost or stolen pass is a $300 replacement fee. Pets welcome w/ $200 pet fee (1 max) - Access to both cottages via keypad, 2 separate entrances. - Two parking spots are available adjacent to each cottage. - Free street parking on an adjacent street. - One free Dewey Beach parking pass provided in each cottage for in-season parking. *Lost or stolen pass is a $300 replacement fee. Each cottage is beautifully decorated and features a cozy 1-bedroom with a Queen bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a screened-in porch. Each cottage comes with one designated parking spot, and additional free street parking is available on a nearby street.
