- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. This home was updated in Fall 2024 to give guests a relaxed and refined beach stay. *The community pool is open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through the last Sunday in September. - Hours are 8AM to 8PM. Bedroom 1 - King Bed Additional Sleeping - Queen sleeper sofa in Living Room The primary bedroom features a brand new Helix Midnight king-sized mattress, window shutters, large closet, smart TV, and attached bath. The full-size bathroom includes a brand new tub and subway tiling. The unit has a half bathroom right off the hallway and a new queen-sized sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room along with another smart TV. The kitchen has every tool you'd need to cook a great meal plus a coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils, glasses, mugs, etc. Quick access to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches! The drive to downtown Rehoboth is 4 minutes, or a 20-25 minute walk (roughly 1 mile). Dewey Beach is slightly closer with a walking/bike path that takes you directly to the restaurants and bars. *Dogs welcome w/ $200 pet fee (1 dog max, no cats). There are two assigned parking spaces for the home. Guests will be provided with a community pool pass. There is a $100 replacement fee if lost. *The community pool is open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through the last Sunday in September. - Hours are 8AM to 8PM. *All pool users must sign in when they enter the pool. Instead, they now provide customers paper bags for purchase and access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
