This home is centrally located in the Village of Five Points in Lewes, which has 2 community pools, a gym, restaurants located inside the village, also within minutes to Weis Markets grocery store and CVS pharmacy.

0.4 miles to the Georgetown-Lewes trailhead that you can walk or bike to and from Rehoboth/Lewes.

3.6 miles to Lewes Beach and all the beautiful shops and restaurants downtown Lewes has to offer!

6 miles away from beautiful Rehoboth Beach where you can have the infamous Thrasher's beach fries and take in the views of the ocean as your stroll on the boardwalk.
