Must follow parking rules. - EV Charger - Level 2 *PET POLICY: *Please note - The property is dog friendly, however there are restrictions on the following dog breeds: -Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of the previous stated. - Also, no dog with bite history allowed. -Please keep the dog(s) on a leash when walking them. (It's a requirement in Delaware). - We do ask our guests to pick up each time they go. - Do not allow the dog(s) on all furniture and the entire second floor, please use the gate to block the steps. - We have a small kennel, a fan, and bowls in the garage. Feel free to use in case you need to leave them alone. - Should there be any damages please communicate in a timely manner to find the best way to resolve. -The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dining Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities. Beaches Nearby: Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 which makes it convenient in season. Historic Lewes is perhaps the most beloved town in Delaware, and certainly a favorite for travelers who savor quiet strolls on boutique-filled streets, or a relaxing meal by the water at one of the town’s excellent restaurants. Recreational Passes/Amenities: The Lighthouse Club is a residential community and guests will be sharing the same amenities available to our community members. Therefore, while you are with us, you are asked to follow the same guidelines and rules that govern Clubhouse use for all members. The Coastal Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm. Weekly/Daily Passes 2025 Fees: Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit. ● Pre-ordered Weekly Passes: $100 (note reduced rate) ● Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130 Waiting until the day of arrival to order passes may result in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase price. ● Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day and are $30 ● Daily passes cannot be pre-ordered. ● Key fobs are available for $35 cash deposit and rental fee per fob of which $20 will be returned to you when the key fob is returned to the front desk. A weekly pass must be purchased as a condition of key fob rental.
