Welcome to The Blue Pelican—a stylish 4BR coastal retreat just minutes from Bethany Beach. Enjoy a fully fenced yard, patio with fire pits, outdoor shower, and a bonus game room with a bar, air hockey, and foosball. Inside, relax in a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and TVs in every bedroom. Walk to restaurants, shops, and parks, or hop in the car for a quick beach day.

• All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.

*NOTE: The property is not pet friendly, but the owner's dog is present when owner is there. Guests with severe allergies should keep this in mind when booking.

• Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.
