Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Additional Sleeping - Living Room - Twin Sleeper Sofa *Please note - there is no washer or dryer in the unit. Kitchen: Includes an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, mini freezer + ice cube trays, dishwasher + detergent pods, Keurig coffee maker + coffee pods, and cookware. Bathroom: Bath towels, wash cloths, shower mat, and soap are included. Living room: Couch with pull-out Twin bed, smart television, remote heating/AC unit. Extra blankets are NOT included for the couch/pull-out bed, so I suggest bringing some if anyone plans on sleeping there. Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed made with clean sheets and a summer quilt. Also equipped with a smart television and a remote-controlled heating/AC unit. Parking: 2 parking spots labeled for #4 (in front of the yellow building). Beach Gear: - 2 Beach Chairs - 1 Beach Umbrella - 1 Foldable Beach Wagon Outdoors: Two Adirondack chairs outside of the condo and a shared courtyard with communal fire pit are also included. Proximity: Almost everything you need to enjoy a DE beach vacation is walkable from El Capitan! Uber and Lyft are also very accessible in this area, along with rickshaws and the Jolly Trolly in Dewey and Rehoboth.
