*This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry.
- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents.
**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.
As you walk into the rental the first floor living room opens up to an updated kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hang out back yard/deck, there you can grill out, play corn hole, relax or take a quick outdoor shower(open seasonally).
When you walk upstairs you will find a fully stocked bathroom and two bedrooms.
- Bedroom 1 - King bed
- Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds
Additional Sleeping - Living Room Pull Out Sofa Bed
Our community is right down the road from the Lewes-Georgetown Bike Trail for you to enjoy with your bikes. It is 0.2 miles away, located right after The Station At Kings restaurant. This trail also connects to The Breakwater-Junction Trail, which is a 17 mile loop route that goes from Lewes to Rehoboth Beach.
You may store your bikes in the shed as well during your stay.
Guest will be able to use all of the home, including a spacious fenced in backyard. There is a shed that locks in backyard that you can store your bikes in. Beach chairs, corn hole, and grill provided in shed.

Just 1.8 miles to Lewes Beach, 4.8 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park, and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Walk to nearby shops and restaurants or bike the scenic trails with access right down the street.

Beautiful quiet place. Enjoyed bike riding next to the rail trail. House was spotless with new upgrades
We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and the information provided was very thorough. The location was very convenient and the house was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely recommend!
This was a great, quiet place to stay. Walking distance to a great place for breakfast or lunch (Station on Kings). It’s only a short drive to most restaurants and the beaches.
