*Please note - this is a secondary 2BR cottage behind the main house. There is a shared driveway, but you will have 2 designated parking spots.

• All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.

• Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (May - Sept).

*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

• 2 designated parking spots:
• Left Space of main driveway - 1 car
• If you have a 2nd car - that will need to be parked on the extra driveway to the left of the main house
• 1 Rehoboth and 1 Dewey parking pass available to use for your stay
  (Lost/stolen pass - $350 Replacement Fee)

-The Relax Shack is the cottage at the end of the driveway, behind the main house.
